Jane Seibel

Jane is a mother of three young girls and the inventor of Tidy Table Covers, a product sold nationally by Mom Inventors. She started working on Employmoms in the summer of 2006 after a visit to Nova Scotia, Canada. While in Canada, Jane met several mothers at the local pool and had several conversations about the work/life balance that they were all facing. Upon returning to the U.S. she found herself in the same conversations again throughout the rest of the summer as mothers prepared for their children’s upcoming school year. She began developing her business plan throughout the next year and exploring the possible solutions to this universal concern of mothers. How do you make it work? Born out of this exploration grew Employmoms, a professional staffing firm for mothers.
